This year we only have 250 delegate spots available, so please register early. Please note that priority for conference registrations will be given to members who are a minimum of 5 years at the bar and over.
Once your membership fee is up to date, YOU MUST LOG IN to register for the conference. Once logged in, click on the Register Now tab below or go to the Events Calendar under the Conferences tab on our website, where you will see the 2025 Annual Conference Registration link. Follow the instructions to register yourself and/or your guest for the conference. Note: Conference payments can only be processed on-line with a credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD only).
Private Practice Registration Fees
As we have a limited number of spots this year, we will not be offering early bird pricing. Private Practice registrations fees are $1600.00 plus 5% GST. No registrations will be accepted after August 29, 2025.
In-House/ Government Counsel Registration Fees
As we have a limited number of spots this year, we will not be offering early bird pricing. Corporate Counsel registrations fees are $910.00 plus 5% GST. No registrations will be accepted after August 29, 2025.
Guest Registration
Members are encouraged to bring their spouse or guest. Guest registrations are to be made at the same time as participant registrations. The member must sign up first. Please note that Guest registration provides entrance to the Thursday evening “Meet and Greet” reception, after dinner get-together and Friday evening Gala reception and dinner. Registration fee: $210.00 plus 5% GST.

Cancellation Policy
After August 18, 2025, there will be no refunds for cancellations. You may however provide a substitute registrant who is a current member of CACE and at least 5 years at the bar.
